We are giving away Housing Contracts to help adventurers settle in Elrios! It's time to get yourself a home! If you're interested, come talk to me.

Tired of living on the streets? Miss the comfort of a cozy bed? Look no further than Cobo Service! Any and all adventurers looking for a roof over their heads are welcome to approach Ariel for a tour of Elrianode's Central District. After viewing the many beautiful and available furnished homes, they will be invited to sign a housing contract and rent their very own house in Elrianode.

According to the contract, the first month is free! ... after which it will cost 50 million ED every month. Adventurers can earn ED to pay for their homes, utilities and supplies by taking on quests through Cobo Service. 50 million is a lot, so you'll have to work hard if you want to keep your home! That or maybe get some roommates. Ariel is a ruthless landlord, so anyone who fails to pay their rent even a day late will find all the locks on their house have been changed the moment they stepped outside. But don't worry, Ariel is more than happy to switch them back as soon as you make your monthly rental payment!

Luckily, we're not going to actually track everyone's money earned in the game, so feel free to just handwave your character working hard to pay for their house. Or, like, break in and squat. Please tell us if your character is squatting without payment so Ariel can put a hit on them.
